ALASKA & HAWAII

Furniture deliveries are not available to these areas at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Canada or foreign countries other than U.S. territories at this time.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Most of our furniture items will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider who will bring the item into your home. We ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival, and provide a signature upon receipt. WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY OF JG Collective?

Returns

We do not offer returns here at JG Collective, UNLESS, the item was damaged during transit or upon arrival. We will do everything we can to make it right for cases of damage, including repair, replacement, or return. If an item is damaged and you would like one of those options, we are happy to take care of that for you and apologize for any inconvenience that the damaged item may have caused. If you could please provide:

  1. The order number that the item is attached to

  2. A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in

  3. 3 pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away)

Shipping & Delivery Updates:

Most of our furniture items will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been received and processed by our fulfillment team. When you submit your order and the payment has been processed, it can no longer be modified or edited by our team in any way.
